We seek a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our remote helpdesk team and support all Unity’s employees. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Unity’s technology systems.

In this fast-paced, 24/7 environment, you’ll diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, provide technical assistance, work with the IT team on new technology solutions and system maintenance, and identify areas for improvement.

Your excellent communication skills will be critical, as you’ll need to explain technical information to non-technical individuals effectively. The goal of this role is to provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner.

Videos with a brief duration (typically between 15 and 20 seconds) are sent to GO-AI so that humans can annotate them with information on the products being stored at fulfilment centers. For business use, these videos need to be thoroughly reviewed and annotated using the best human judgement. The effectiveness of the automated process will be increased by using videos that GO-AI Associates have annotated. This process helps in maintaining stow quality at the fulfillment center.

Worked with the Global Flavor and fragrance team to update the data and ensure that it is more accurate and complete.
  • Partnering with Global F&F (Flavor & Fragrance) and Regulatory team in conducting  impact analysis.  These analyses have helped the company to identify potential risks associated with its products and to take steps to mitigate those risks.
