- Craft reports and analysis based on specific business needs, leveraging data from game servers, web analytics, surveys, and financial databases.
- Support game design, development, testing, and operations with analytical insights on player journey, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure quality assurance.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and actively participate in driving their implementation.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data, Math, Physics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong interest in online multiplayer games.
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.
- Experience with ETL, Data Warehouses, and Data Pipeline projects.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with query languages.
- Profound math and analytical abilities, including statistics and optimization.
- Proactive problem-solving and excellent English communication skills.
- Passion for games and the entertainment industry.
Plusses:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Splunk, Playfab, Firebase, etc.
- Proficiency in Python, SAS, and/or R.
- In-depth understanding of gameplay mechanics and player behavior.
