Responsibilities for ENTNT Remote Job Openings For Freshers

In this role, we are looking for a fluent English speaker who possesses ease and confidence in engaging in telephone conversations, intuition and who can swiftly adapt to changing situations or unexpected challenges to support a key client, a large New York rental property management company. The responsibilities include:

available to work 10am to 6pm (Eastern Daylight Time, New York City office hours);
available to work on the 1st day of each calendar month:
- additional double pay payable should this fall on a Saturday with a subsequent day off in lieu during the working week – no work required if such day is a Sunday; and
- additional Saturday optional work is available for additional double pay with a subsequent day off in lieu during the working week;
liaising with prospective tenants, existing tenants, team arranging viewing and rental brokers (if applicable) to arrange/re-arrange apartment viewings;
accurately record and document tenancy-related queries on advertised New York City rentals, ensuring all relevant details are captured;
collaborate with management and tenants to gather additional information and address concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate management personnel for resolution; and
generate weekly and ad hoc tenancy reports (using our internal software).
