Key Roles and Responsibilities: Shaping the Business Landscape
As a Junior Associate in Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in enabling growth for Razorpay’s clients through our Capital products. Your responsibilities include:
- Being the primary point of contact for existing Razorpay clients utilizing Capital products like loans, cash advances, and early settlements.
- Cross-selling capital products and facilitating customer migration between products/partners.
- Effectively communicating product features to clients and proposing solutions that align with their needs using Razorpay’s capital products and services.
- Collaborating with the sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline and support in achieving sales targets.
- Ensuring a smooth client experience with capital products, addressing customer queries, and negotiating terms.
- Utilizing sales tools to drive efficiency and collaborating with cross-functional teams when necessary.
Desired Skills and Experience: Crafting a Successful Journey
To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Basic understanding of the lending ecosystem, lending terms, and products such as loans and overdrafts.
- 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in the payment industry.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong work ethic and dedication.
- Familiarity with basic sales tools.
