- Position: Graduate Trainee Engineer – Service (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering jobs 2023)
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Experience: Fresher (Less than 1 year)
Purpose of the New Grad Roles:
The primary purpose of this role is to introduce you to the function of automotive service and ensure your productivity by equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Mechanical and Electrical Engineering jobs 2023
- Effectively complete the training modules provided.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of vehicles and their functioning for diagnostic purposes.
- Learn the intricate functioning of each automotive component.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the diagnostic approach to problem-solving.
- Gain expertise in the repair and maintenance of all assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Learn the complete process, including removal, stripping, problem resolution, reassembling, and reinstallation of components.
- Master post-problem attending tests to ensure vehicle clearance.
Key Performance Indicators: New Grad Roles
- Successfully execute comprehensive repair, maintenance, denting, and accidental repair work on vehicles.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the above tasks effectively.

Eligibility Criteria for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering jobs 2023 at Maverick
- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (MECH, EEE).
Salary:
- For Fresher: 2.5 LPA + Incentives
- For Experienced Candidates: Based on Current CTC, with a potential hike of 20-25%
