Responsibilities for Xeno Internship for College students 2023
- Deliver timely and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with our technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions, technical problems, and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Work alongside senior technical support experts to escalate complex issues and ensure efficient resolutions.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to address customer feedback and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
