As an Officer-Security at IndiGo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our passengers, staff, and assets. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:

- Security – Screeners & Basic Avsec Certification Preferred: You will be responsible for security screening procedures, and having a Basic Avsec certification is preferred.
- Safe Operation: Ensure the safe operation of security protocols and procedures.
- Punctuality and Customer Satisfaction: Maintain punctuality and prioritize customer satisfaction in all security-related activities.
- Team Efficiency & Cost Control: Work efficiently as part of a team while keeping an eye on cost control measures.
- Secure Good Working Atmosphere and Environment: Create a secure and positive working atmosphere for colleagues and staff.
- Maintain Standards as per Company Requirements: Adhere to all company standards and guidelines.
- Ensure Effective Threat Assessment and Response Capability: Be prepared to assess and respond to security threats effectively.
- Achieve Department Goals and Follow-Up: Work towards achieving departmental goals and follow up on progress.
- Perform Duties as per the Security Programme: Execute security duties in line with the company’s security program.
- Maintain Performance Standards and Follow Up with Your Shift: Ensure that performance standards are met and maintained throughout your shift.
- Monitor Continuously the Quality System and the Level of Conformance: Keep a close eye on the quality system and ensure compliance.
- Secure Quality Level: Strive to maintain a high level of quality in all security operations.
- Optimize Resource: Use resources efficiently and effectively.
- Aware of Emergency Response Procedures, Rules, and Regulations: Be knowledgeable about emergency response procedures and relevant rules and regulations.
- Acquire and Maintain Necessary Skills Required to Perform Job Functions: Continuously develop and maintain the skills needed to perform your job effectively.
- Maintain Work Procedures as per Company Requirements: Follow all company work procedures diligently.
- Carry Out Development Dialogue with the Team Leaders: Engage in constructive development dialogues with team leaders to enhance performance.
- Control Theft and Pilferage of Company Property: Take measures to prevent theft and pilferage of company property.
Qualifications for Indigo Recruitment 2023
