General Mills India Center:
Operating out of Mumbai, the General Mills India Center (GIC) supports the global operations of General Mills. We champion business services across various areas, including Business Operations, Analytics Consulting, Logistics, Finance, IT Development & Technology Consulting, Consumer & Market Intelligence, Sales Capabilities, and Research & Development.
Digital and Technology Team:

Cyber Security Team:
The Cyber Security team plays a crucial role in the Digital and Technology function. We follow the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and external benchmarking to guide our cybersecurity program. Our focus is on managing and mitigating cybersecurity risks, designing and monitoring cybersecurity infrastructure, and ensuring a comprehensive response to cyber-attacks.
Job Overview: Support Analyst – TAM
As a Support Analyst for Technology Asset Management (TAM), you will play a key role in our Cyber Security Department. You will work closely with Asset Owners and Managers to maintain information in the TAM CMDB. Your ServiceNow development experience will be utilized to create notifications and automation, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
Role Responsibilities: 2023 Analyst Jobs
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Populating and maintaining data in the TAM CMDB to support Cyber Security risk mitigation efforts.
- Providing data entry support, CMDB maintenance, and coaching/training to key business partners.
- Implementing data governance and audit control support.
- Managing and improving Dashboard/KPI and metrics for efficient asset management.
- Contributing to asset lifecycle management and documentation.
Must-Have Technical Skills and Experience: 2023 Analyst Jobs
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fundamentals of ServiceNow – Now Platform.
- 0-2 years of ServiceNow ITAM experience (HAM certification preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Teams.
- Effective interaction with internal technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to research technical solutions through community collaboration.
- Passion for learning and leveraging Continuous Improvement tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills: 2023 Analyst Jobs
- Understanding of hardware & software asset management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and asset lifecycle management.
- Sharing knowledge and participating in training opportunities.
