About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be a crucial member of our Revenue Operations Team. This team plays a pivotal role in providing global reporting on historical sales performance, pipeline, and planning. Your objective will be to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our sales team to deliver value to customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Starburst, you will:

Assist Sales Personnel with administrative, analytical, and operational tasks.
Manage Salesforce.com for general Account and opportunity management.
Conduct account creation, enrichment, and data cleanup activities in SFDC using 3rd party tools like Zoominfo, LinkedIn, D&B Hoovers, Company website, and Google.
Perform Ad Hoc Data Remediation efforts and maintain critical data points that derive TM Score field.
Prospect and research accounts, developing specific account profiles and user personas using various resources such as Unicorn list, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Job descriptions, etc.
Handle cases related to Territory Management/Revenue Operations and resolve queries based on process workflows.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

0-2 years of industry experience in Data Management / Operations.
Strong database and MS Office skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail.
A passion for competition and the ability to maintain personable working relationships with internal and external customers.
A strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and self-motivated attitude.
The ability to manage multiple tasks, learn systems quickly, and work with minimal direction.
Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as per business requirements.
Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) is ideal but not mandatory.
