As an Email Executive, you will be responsible for:

Replying to e-mail queries, requests, and concerns on behalf of OLX, ensuring quality responses and adhering to SOPs.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with a first-time-right approach to provide accurate resolutions.
Maintaining first response time within defined SLAs for Email and Social Media tickets.
Managing social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and app queries within SLAs.
Demonstrating a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Collaborating and coordinating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer support.
