Eligibility: Tata Starbucks 10th Pass Jobs

• Students pursuing 11th grade or Secondary / 10th pass level.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card.

Program Framework: Tata Starbucks 10th Pass Jobs

• 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with On-the-Job Training.
• 9 hours (including 1-hour break) per day, 5 days working.
• Online Assessment on completion of 3 & 11 months.
• Government recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate upon successful completion.

Scope of Training:

• Providing legendary customer service to all customers.
• Creating the Starbucks Experience by offering prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
• Apprentices are responsible for modeling TATA Starbucks’ guiding principles.
