- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in emails.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing team-oriented environment.
- Any business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes is preferred.
- Any SuccessFactors experience or certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
