- Interact with clients over calls & video calls to achieve weekly,
monthly sales and client retention targets - Prompt resolution of client complaints
- Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions for sales &
servicing - Accurate mapping of products/services in client’s e-catalog
- Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure to
sales & service issues - Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates :
- Hunger for sales & application of sales techniques
- Good Verbal and written communication
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Should have a laptop and regular WiFi connectivity
- You Can Apply if you possess:
- Over 65% in 10th and 12th
- Are a Graduate with minimum 1 year of sales experience OR Fresher /
Experienced with Masters Degree in Management - Experience Range:
- 0 – 3 years
