Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a UX Designer, you’ll work on professional projects, mentoring less experienced designers. You’ll manage priorities and execution methods, understand design goals, and ensure alignment with the project’s mission and brand. You’ll be responsible for exploring and executing projects, contributing individually and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your role includes:

Leading the implementation of client workshops and presentations.
Actively participating in design associations and communities.
Providing mentorship and skill-based training to junior team members.
Applying strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and craft skills.
Practicing cross-functional team collaboration and effective project management techniques.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Leading UX design for moderately complex projects.
Strong understanding of Design Process, Interaction Design, and Graphic Design fundamentals.
Proficiency in user empathy, research, analytics, prototyping, and storytelling.
Taking design solutions to operationalization and taking ownership of assigned projects.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and open-minded.
Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for outstanding pitches.
