Role: Analyst, AML/KYC: Genpact Freshers Job Openings 2023
In this role, you will play a critical part in the review and analysis of documentation for new customers/entities. Your responsibilities will include summarizing findings, conducting due diligence, performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk customers/entities, and making recommendations based on risk rating procedures. - Review documentation for entities such as corporations, charities, and individuals in accordance with policy and jurisdiction.
- Conduct due diligence and identify procedural requirements.
- Perform beneficial ownership and key controller verification, as well as sanctions and adverse media screening.
- Complete reviews efficiently and on time.
- Make recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and incorporate them into the due diligence review process.
- Analyze evidence from various tools and systems to assess customer behavior.
- Assist in incident monitoring and resolution within Service Level Agreements.
- Address routine problems using guidelines and precedent.

Minimum qualifications:
- University graduate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, internet usage, and digital literacy.
- Excellent communication, comprehension, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in AML and KYC, particularly in the customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence space for fintech/e-commerce.
- AML investigatory experience and strong analytical skills.
- Understanding of entity types and ownership structures.
- Ability to conduct detailed investigations in adverse/negative media and transaction surveillance/monitoring.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC controls and terminologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Actimize, RDC, Fortent, Norkom, Lexis Nexis, Bridger XG, SIEBEL, Dow Jones, etc.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
