As a Trainee Associate Executive Implementation, you will be an integral part of our implementation projects, where you’ll work closely with our experienced Senior Implementers to bring our HRMS modules to life for our esteemed clients.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants: Work alongside our talented Functional consultants to understand client requirements and assist in preparing detailed gap documents for smooth implementation.
- Implement HRMS Modules: Gain hands-on experience in implementing various HRMS modules tailored to the specific needs of our diverse clientele.
- Data Migration: Upload client data into the software from existing platforms or Excel files, ensuring seamless data migration.
- Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact with clients from project kick-off to closure, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.
- Project Reporting: Update and report on the status of various installation projects to ensure meticulous project management and timely delivery.
- Support & Training: Provide end-user training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-implementation support to clients for effective adoption of HRMS modules.
