1. GRN Booking against received Invoice

You will be responsible for accurately recording Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) against received invoices, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.

2. Invoice Generation against Loading Slip

Generate invoices based on loading slips, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the process.

3. DRR Sheet Updation and Sharing

Update the Delivery Receipt Request (DRR) sheet and share it with relevant stakeholders, keeping them informed about the status of deliveries.

4. DOR Sheet Updation and Sharing

Similarly, update the Delivery Order Request (DOR) sheet and share it with relevant stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing.

5. Vehicle Placement at Dock

Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure the proper placement of vehicles at the dock according to the received plan.

6. Generation of Job Work/DA/E-way Bill

Handle the generation of various essential documents, including job work orders, Delivery Advice (DA), and E-way bills.

7. Co-ordination with Transporters

Maintain effective communication and coordination with transporters to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.

8. Ensure 100% Live Transporeon Entry

Monitor and ensure that all entries in the Transporeon system are made accurately and in real-time.

9. Invoice Weight Vs. Weighment Weight Verification

Perform verification checks to ensure that the weights mentioned in invoices match the actual weighment data.

10. Inventory Cycle Count Punching in System

Contribute to inventory management by accurately punching cycle count data into the system.

11. TO Creation Based on FEFO: Data Entry Operator Job

Create Transfer Orders (TO) based on the “First Expired, First Out” (FEFO) principle to optimize inventory management.

12. FGTV Sign Off at Shift Level

Ensure that the Finished Goods Transfer Voucher (FGTV) is correctly signed off at the end of each shift.

13. Record Keeping and Filing of Documents in Data Entry Operator Job

Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and documents, ensuring they are filed appropriately for easy retrieval.

14. Maintain 5S of Office Area: Data Entry Operator Job
