The objective of having a Graduate Programme is to strengthen the pipeline of potential future leaders and specialists within Novo Nordisk, and to attract, recruit, and retain young talents who will grow into key positions in the future.

This is done by selecting skilled and highly motivated graduates from global universities and advancing them through a demanding 2-year programme; providing them with increasingly challenging tasks and a chance to develop a strong professional network.

What is the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme?

The Graduate Programme is a 2-year, global career journey with a minimum of three rotations including at least one rotation outside your home country. The destination depends on the specific graduate programme track but it could for instance be in the Novo Nordisk Headquarters office in Copenhagen, Denmark, our International Operations (IO) Strategic Head Office in Zurich, an IO Regional Office or one of our many affiliates.

The graduate programme is Novo Nordisk’s flagship ‘Talent programme’. Many top leaders started their journey in Novo Nordisk as part of the graduate programme, including our CEO Lars Fruergaard Jorgensen.

Experience:

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and testing new features and improvements to the Swiggy app.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless data exchange between the app and server.

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing innovative solutions to ensure app performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Our Security Analysts provide our clients with cybersecurity monitoring and response as part of our managed security services program. Our platform leverages a variety of cloud-native next-generation security tools to detect and prevent cyber threats to the networks and platforms of our customers.

  • Knowledge of basic IT and OSI Model
  • Knowledge of operating systems of workstations and servers
  • Knowledge of IT Networking / Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, Loadbalanders, Storage)
  • Understanding of protocols like TCP/IP, SNMP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, ARP, SMTP, etc
  • Knowledge of query languages such as SQL. KQL/SPL is desirable
  • Troubleshooting knowledge on systems, network, etc
  • Knowledge of security concepts like vulnerabilities, risks, threats, attacks, IOC/IOA

  • Knowledge in using various security tools, but not limited to, SIEMS, Qualys, Metasploit, Nipper, Kali, etc
  • Preferrable to have knowledge of Cyber Kill Chain and Mitre Att&ck
  • Preferrable to have familiarity with industry standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA\HiTech\HiTrust, CIS Critical Controls, NIST, OWASP

  • Perform security monitoring and incident response of cyber security events as part of a highly available Security Operation Center (SOC)
  • Follow detailed operational processes and procedures to appropriately analyze, advance and assist in remediation of information security-related incidents
  • Prioritize numerous tasks, formulate responses and recommendations to clients and team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand and perform basic incident analysis during event and incident response investigations
  • Contribute to the knowledgebase and SOC alert playbooks/use-cases
  • Working in 24×7 rotational shifts including night shifts.
