Amazon is a global technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, online advertising, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Key Job Responsibilities:

As a GO AI Associate, you will:

Watch and analyze videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers.
Use human judgment combined with tools to indicate captured activities in the videos.
Verify and mark product locations with accuracy to maintain fulfillment center’s stow quality.

Commitment to meet deadlines.
Constructive spirit of discontent and mental toughness.
Implementation pace and consistency in performance.
Ability to annotate video-based tasks for prolonged periods.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with remote teams.

A Day in the Life:

GO-AI Associates work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
Weekly offs include a rotational two-consecutive day off.
Location: Bangalore (Onboarding required in Bangalore).

About the Team:

GO-AI provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, enabling active stowing through visual annotations on videos/images. The effectiveness of automated processes is increased by using annotated videos to maintain stow quality.

Basic Qualifications:

Graduation in any stream with good knowledge of MS Office.
0 – 24 months of experience in any domain with good logical reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Amazon Off Campus Hiring

Non-Engineering academic background.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Excellent Data Accuracy skills.
Eye for Detail.
Good Knowledge of MS Office.
Basic understanding of tools/applications required in a day-to-day work environment.
