As an IT Helpdesk Associate, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to users using various software, hardware, and mobile devices. You will also be responsible for installing new PC stations, maintaining the warehouse system and storage, and managing IT inventory and devices

- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for PCs, printers, and related devices.
- Install or replace PC hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Install and manage MS Office (365), Windows 10, 11, and account management.
- Maintain and monitor the warehouse system and storage.
- Provide end-user support for network-related issues.
- Manage the server room and company phone system.
- Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
