- Position: Process Executive – Data (Fresher)
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
- Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/BBA – Graduates with good knowledge in accountancy
- Shift: Night shift (Flexible to work)
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for PC, printers, and related devices.
- Install or replace PC hardware, software, and mobile devices.
- Install and manage MS Office (365), Windows 10, 11, and account management.
- Manage IT inventory and purchase IT devices.
- Maintain and monitor warehouse system and storage.
- Provide end-user support for network-related issues.
- Manage the server room and company phone system.
- Assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
Eligibility Criteria for Cognizant Job Opportunity 2023
- Graduates with a degree in B.Com/M.Com/BBA.
- Good knowledge in accountancy.
