- Demonstrate products on a regular basis
- Understand the requirements and solve them within the available product features
- Create a proof of concept (POC) as per prospect requirements
- Address prospect’s product features related queries through phone, e-mail & chat
- Work with the product team for non-available features to meet prospect requirements
- Fill RFP/RFI and help the sales team to submit a proposal
- Gather new features requirements and convey the same to the product team
- Understand and monitor the markets in which our products compete; the end-user experience, and real-world problems
- Develop methods for potential customers to understand our products better
We are looking for someone with the following at Zoho
- Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into laymen’s terms
- Expertise in product presentations & demos
- A self-learner who can pick up tech skills with minimum support and have a curiosity about learning new concepts
- High proficiency in English & the local language with excellent written and oral skills is a must
- Prior experience of 1-3 years in any of presales, business analysis, implementation, or support roles in IT industry
- Preferably a native Hindi speaking person from Gurgaon with local work experience and market knowledge.
Mandate points to note:
- The office location is Noida. However, the selected person will be required to work from Gurgaon/Delhi on hybrid mode.
- If you get selected, the training period will be in Chennai for a minimum of 6 months
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be notified for the further interview process. 2025 and 2026 Graduates are not eligible to apply for this position
