Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)Demonstrable experience on Teamcenter implementation or supporting Large Teamcenter Customers.Good knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating system, Networking, Database and Security concepts!Proven knowledge of industry standard methodologies regarding PLM (product lifecycle management)Superb communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Providing Teamcenter Installation and Configuration support to our customers in Asia PacificCrafting OOTB Teamcenter Environment on Cloud for reproducing customer issues and resolving the same.Duplicating Customer issues and providing detailed documentation to Product Development for further investigation and resolution, in case of product issue.May need to work on weekends to support our premium customers.Mentoring Junior Team Members!Timely resolution of issues and handling customer escalations.Ability to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.Documenting FAQ, and knowledge base content for consumption by users.Write technical articles and crafting videos, which will be published online via Support Center.
