How You’ll Make an Impact
- Requirement Gathering: Work with team members, users, and analysts to identify business needs and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with technical and design teams.
- Collaborator Communication: Serve as a liaison between collaborators and the development team to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- User Story Creation: Write clear user stories with measurable outcomes and present them for team estimation and implementation.
- Sprint Planning and Review: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting the team in understanding priorities.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to define test cases and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Market and User Research: Support market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to guide product decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain updated documentation of requirements, user stories, and product changes.
- Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze feedback to drive product improvements and future iterations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in product management, business analysis, or software development (internships/entry-level roles acceptable).
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSPO) is a plus but not required.
- Exposure to UX/UI design and user-centered practices.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis or BI tools.
