- Download and review ETL-generated templates, ensuring they match the client-provided specifications.
- Identify and correct OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors and amendments in claims by comparing the current version with the last filed claims.
- Modify rejection statements to fit the client’s specific formatting and phrasing requirements.
- Ensure all cited art is included, OCR’d, and annotated as per client requests.
- Verify the inclusion of company analytics reports in the packet, downloading them again if necessary.
- Maintain the highest levels of data quality by making necessary changes and edits to documents and files before re-uploading.
