Key Responsibilities: Building the Future of Healthcare

As a Specialist, R&D – CCE, you will play a pivotal role in advancing healthcare solutions. Here’s how you will contribute:

Packaging Expertise: Serve as the primary packaging expert on technical development teams, ensuring best-in-class containers and drug delivery devices for Baxter Pharmaceuticals products.
Documentation and Risk Management: Author design control documentation, conformity assessments, and risk management documentation to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Engineering Design Solutions: Apply your engineering knowledge to establish robust technical product requirements and develop engineering design solutions for drug containers and devices.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed observations, analyze data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports, summaries, SOPs, protocols, and reports.
Standardization and Quality: Develop process descriptions for testing procedures, specify test requirements, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
Method Qualification: Qualify test methods and transfer them to the GMP testing group, supporting device verification and validation testing.
Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure work is performed in line with quality and compliance standards, establishing collaborative relationships with internal departments and external vendors/suppliers.
