Job Overview: Join us as a Remote Software Engineer and contribute to the software engineering process by programming, testing, implementing, documenting, and delivering software solutions. You will explore alternative technical approaches to address evolving business requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of programming, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of software application systems in line with Mastercard’s standards and best practices.
- Develop secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions within the stipulated time and budget, based on technical requirements and design specifications.
- Evaluate various technical solutions to determine the best fit for business needs.
- Produce comprehensive documentation following departmental guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to development and testing standards, maintaining compliance with audit requirements.
- Follow Mastercard’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Contribute to project and software metrics collection and reporting.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve standards and enhance process efficiency.
Education Criteria for Remote Software Engineer Jobs 2024 at MasterCard
