- Actively participating in planning, preparing, and executing effective test efforts.
- Efficiently utilizing test tools, defect tracking systems, and other test support tools.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements as applicable.
- Prioritizing testing tasks based on project goals and risks.
- Ensuring testing milestones and tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Providing regular status updates to the project team using quality metrics.
- Collaborating as part of an Agile team with minimal supervision.
