Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supports a range of products & services in accordance with established systems and procedures.
- Reconcile and monitor the requests processed.
- Perform data analyses and report preparation, use the findings for providing recommendations for process improvement launch of new products & services and upgraded platforms.
- Assist managers in daily governance & supervisory control implementation.
- Timely escalation of all requests / inquiries / issues / errors.
- Support in ensuring that all key metrics are produced as required in given timelines.
Eligibility Criteria for IDFC Bank Recruitment Drive
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in SQL, Spark, and the Hadoop ecosystem
- Handling multiple terabytes of data volume from ingestion to consumption
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify high-impact business problems and solutions
- Strong understanding of Data Lake/Lakehouse architecture and exposure to Hadoop (Cloudera, Hortonworks) and/or AWS
- End-to-end data lifecycle management, including Data Ingestion, Transformation, and Consumption
- Proficiency in API usage and integration
- Working with Spark, Spark Streaming, Hive, and SQL
- Experience with big data infrastructure, including MapReduce, Hive, HDFS, YARN, HBase, and Oozie
- Expertise in relational databases
- Technical debugging and versioning using Git
- Creating Technical Design Documentation for projects/pipelines
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and handle your own development efforts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Learning and utilizing internally available analytic technologies
- Identifying key performance indicators and creating educational paths to achieve them
- Utilizing data engineering background for data mining analysis
- Collaborating with BI analysts/engineers to create prototypes
- Contributing to the delivery and presentation of solutions
Educational Qualifications for IDFC Bank Recruitment Drive
