Responsibilities for WareIQInternship Drive 2023

  • Respond to customer queries for a single assigned account, in a timely manner while ensuring the best possible service.
  • Identify the customer’s concerns and provide solutions or status updates.
  • Updating of databases and internal records with tickets/issues handled and the resolutions given.
  • Monitor the incoming complaints and issues on the various marketplace channels and provide resolutions on the same.
  • frequent follow ups with customers on their queries
