Responsibilities for Oracle Jobs 2023
As an Associate Support Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass:
Technical Interface:
- Serving as the technical bridge between customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for timely problem resolution related to Oracle product installation, recommended maintenance, and usage.
Level One Support:
- Providing level one support to customers contacting the Oracle Solution Center, primarily through electronic communication channels. Your focus will be on addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Customer Relationship Facilitation:
- Facilitating strong customer relationships with Support, while also offering advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees in navigating diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
