Wadhwani AI is Hiring Junior Graphic Designer | Jobs 2025, Support all programs with internal communication material and external updates, as required.

• Location- Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

_Develop brochures, reports, and all long form content to support the communication objectives of
the organization.
_Support Executive Communication requirements and write short and long form content as
required.
_Write textual content for brochures, posters, banners, graphics and other collaterals for solutions
across the organization
_Proofread, copy edit documents, including but not limited to technical reports, donor reports, and
other program documents, as required.
_Review and edit documents and ensure quality control for all communication pieces.
_Act as a liaison between internal teams and the Communication team and ensure all relevant
updates are provided to the Communication team for outreach and marketing purposes on a
scheduled basis.
_Support the Program Communication team with editing and reviewing of documents as required.
_Build a detailed and easily usable process mechanism for efficient storage and access of
documents by relevant stakeholders.
_Maintain relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure easy content
collection and documentation.
_Support field level documentation including collecting case studies, photo stories and other
information from the field.
_Support the Partnership Team with donor communication requirements.
_Prepare periodic correspondence on activities of the projects through innovative and locally
relevant channels.
_Support all programs with internal communication material and external updates, as required, in co-ordination with the Communication Team.

Qualification and Experience

_Minimum requirement of a completed Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism,
Media Studies, Sociology, Social Science, or other relevant fields.
_Masters degree preferred.
_At least 1-4 years of experience in journalism, communication or other associated areas of work.
_Sound knowledge and skills of using Microsoft package, web-based platforms, social media,
infographics and other relevant applications.
