About the Role: Infosys Off Campus Drive 2023
As an L2 Service Desk/ Tech Support Associate, you will be responsible for answering calls professionally and offering technical knowledge to support technical help-related queries and troubleshooting. You’ll provide remote support for laptops, desktops, and various applications.

- Handle technical help-related queries through calls and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to laptops, desktops, and relevant applications.
- Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Applications and software.
- Resolve wireless connectivity, email, and printing-related requests.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Antivirus, Imaging, and Patch Management solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues for internet-related applications and Office Suites.
- Configure mobile devices such as IOS and Android.
- Understand and work according to the ITIL framework for reporting and metrics.
- Adapt to different shift timings and coordinate with teams across geographies.

- Experience in L2 service desk/ tech support process.
